He crawled through the forest, through the bushes and dirt. This was just not right, everything was wrong and nothing the way it should be. He was supposed to rule the country, be a king! All members of his family had succeeded, gained so much power and became majestic characters. And now there was him: no people to obey him, no fame, no anything. He wouldn’t be able to continue like this, there had to be a sudden turn of fate!
But for today, that was it, enough of the running away. He needed to rest and sleep! A bit fluffing the leaves on the ground, making it comfortable. He lay down and transformed himself into a sleepy ball of… fluffy fur.

With time passing by, the magic class often went out somewhere to practice their skills and unfortunately she couldn’t find them and bug the place with cameras… Too bad. Yet she used those evenings for practicing her own skills, summoning elemental magic and illusions while listening to music she liked. This felt very relaxing and was fun! It quickly became easier for her to use magic and she tried to practice all the different spells and magical ways she had learned until she was able to do everything important with closed eyes.
Sometimes she even created illusions when going outside in the city, changing her eye or hair color. Nobody of the strangers in the shops seemed to notice that something was wrong, so she probably did a good job she hoped.
Yet there was something she always had to keep in mind: another magician would easily see through her magical layers and this way she could draw attention to herself that she didn’t want…

// Magical pets

Since there are so many magical creatures in the world, some of them disguise themselves as cats, dogs and other “normal” pets. Even your pet might be magical! It doesn’t help if you’re now trying to convince your cat to show you his / her true form though. That’s because they cannot control this illusion by themselves; it was created as part of the continuous evolution to save the lives of these animals.
In earlier times, this wasn’t needed that much because the news didn’t spread as fast as nowadays. If someone posted it on their profile somewhere today, the next day some organization would try kidnapping the pet to find out what it is!
That’s why the only solution to seeing what pets truly are is using the known spell to your eyes in order to look through the illusionary layer. Don’t be disappointed if your pet really is a “normal” cat though!

After a long time of learning magic bit by bit every evening, she had collected a lot of questions which she wanted to answer with the help of books at the Library of Magic. The main problem was that she didn’t even have a clue where this building might be! In the classes, people were only mentioning this place not revealing any hint about the region or anything.
So how to find out? She was wondering about this for quite some time. The only idea that came to her mind was a technique the teacher had shown them to solve a problem with imagination. He called it Imaginary Walkthrough because you had to imagine doing what you were planning to do or being where you wanted to be. Important was that you imagined it as detailed as possible and also include the emotions you would have.
So… Unfortunately she didn’t have a picture of the library but she tried to imagine it as realistic as a magic library could be. She focussed on walking up to the library, searching for the books she needed and finding them, being happy about this and finally answering her questions. There were huge walls of books where you could find literature about anything!
Hopefully she had done this imagination correctly and something would happen now to show her the way…

The most terrifying situation she ever had was probably the moment when she had to go to work by bus because her car was broken. Of course, she was in the bus with (as she felt) hundreds of students who all “wanted” to go to school (more “had to” I suppose). It was so terrible little space for her and everyone was pushing and making noise or talking loudly.
The WORST thing about it was that everyone – and I mean every little or big student on the bus – was a vampire. She could see their sharp little teeth shine in the light when they were talking. She tried to think of something peaceful. Something nice. Butterflies. Little rabbits. Aww, so cute! Bats. Vampires. HOLY COW she was stuck in a bus full of vampires and couldn’t get out!!!
After several panic attacks and 10 more minutes she finally had to get off the bus and surprisingly made it out alive! She hoped the students hadn’t noticed her fear and wouldn’t follow her or lurk around…
(They didn’t even notice her at all.)
